Who we are
The RiverHill Gateway Neighborhood Association, established in 2016, is one of Knoxville's newest neighborhood organizations, located on the south end of downtown.
The association consists of:
- Residents from Promontory Point Condos, Riverside Condos, Volunteer Landing Marina, and the Landings
- The four major non-profit organizations along East Hill Avenue (Blount Mansion, Legacy Parks Foundation, James White's Fort and the Women's Basketball Hall of Fame)
- And other businesses such as Ruth's Chris Steakhouse, Volunteer Landing Marina, Knoxville Adventure Collective (formerly Billy Lush Board Shop), Three Rivers Rambler (train), the Tennessee Boat Line (cruises), and the newest Freedom Boat Club!
There are many ways to show just your financial support
- Our neighborhood (RHGNA) was founded to bring together the residents, businesses and non-profits in the East Hill Ave, Volunteer Landing and Hall of Fame area, with the goal to have a welcoming, thriving, aesthetically pleasing neighborhood plus demonstrate our connectivity to the downtown. The association relies on continued support to maintain the beauty and sustainability of our thriving neighborhood.
- We can only achieve our future goals through the generous donations from neighborhood members and the business community. The association has been designated as a tax-exempt entity (501(c)(3)) assuring that your gift will be tax-deductible.
